PALLAVISINI
OUR COMPANY

From 1960 to the present day

Our story

PALLAVISINI was set up in 1960 at Corno di Rosazzo – Udine – in the farthest north easterly point of Italy, inspired by a passion for woodworking nurtured by the company’s then-young founder, Giuseppe.

Those were the years of the so-called economic boom of the “Chair triangle”, when Giuseppe – with nothing but his own inventiveness and willpower to rely on – struggled to construct and produce the first chair models without any external help.

Initially, the effort he put into his work was a way of expressing the passion he felt for woodworking and for meticulously made artefacts: success came quickly, on the local market initially, followed by national and international achievements.

How we came to be what we are today

PALLAVISINI still produces its own articles with the same artisanal care as in the past, under the constant surveillance of the company’s founder, and using nothing but prime quality materials and manufacturing processes.

The company operates from one single plant extending over an area of approximately 7,000 sq m, of which 2,500 sq m are indoors.

Down through the years, the founder and his wife have been flanked in their management activities by their children, who have enabled the company to address the difficult challenges of today’s markets.

After more than sixty years of constant growth, PALLAVISINI continues to nurture the same pleasure and passion for products that are finely crafted, hardwearing and long-lasting, meticulously controlled throughout all phases of the manufacturing process, from raw materials to the finished article.

PALLAVISINI has always been deeply rooted in the “Chair Triangle” manufacturing district and does everything in its power to satisfy the needs of the most demanding Customers: from paint colour to fabric, both of which are available in a wide range of shades, and even collaborates with its customers towards the production of customized models.

Finally, we can assure you that our dedication to our work and manufacturing quality have remained unaltered in time.
